Charlotte Wittbom is a rider, trainer and teacher specialising in classical approaches to horsemanship. Charlotte works with a diverse range of riders from around the world, spanning all equestrian specialisms, with abilities from novice to advanced.

Charlotte’s early career included competitive eventing in her native Sweden;  working as an assistant instructor under Julian Marczak at the renowned Suzanne’s Riding School in the UK and three years as a full-time student of Maestro Luis Valença in Portugal.

Charlotte rode with the celebrated Apassionata equestrian gala show as part of Maestro Luis Valença’s presentation, on three European tours.

From 2006-2010 she held the position of Instructor at Morgado Lusitano, Portugal.  Since 2007 Charlotte has developed her international programme of clinics for horse and rider.

During this event, Charlotte will help you to incorporate classical methods into everyday training with your horse, no matter what breed, equestrian discipline or ability. You will gain insight into how to begin training from the ground; building to ridden work. Exercises which improve communication between horse and rider, and help the horse's balance and strength, will be explored.
